There was an existing SCADA system consisting of six subsystems, each controlling a specific geographical area and reporting to the main system. However, this system was not only outdated but also had serious limitations, with only one of the subsystems still operational.
To address this technological challenge, GP Soluciones and Macxilla Consultores, in partnership with Hidrocentro, carried out the project in several phases:
- Requirements analysis and technology evaluation
- System architecture design
- Equipment and license procurement
- Hardware and software installation and configuration
- System testing and optimization
- Project commissioning and delivery
